QuickNet provides a full array of services to help you prepare or operate your web site.

Domain Registration

Either you can register your own domain name or we can register it for you. If you decide to do it yourself, please let us know and we will provide you with the information to point your domain properly. In either case, you own the domain, not Quicknet. Therefore you can control what happens with this name in the future.

Domain Design

Quicknet does not require us to design your web site for you to host it. Our staff can design it for you, if it is needed, or to assist in changing your site, on request. If you do your own work, or contract it with others, you or they will have upload and download access to your files seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

If you wish Quicknet to design your site, the cost is $35 per hour. We will provide you a not to exceed for this work after you provide the specifications. In this way you are not exposed to an open end contract. This same holds true for changes. If you wish us to modify your site, even if we do not do the original design, we will do it at the $35 per hour rate and provide a fixed or not to exceed cost.

Our design team has experience across all forms of design needs. This includes standard html, graphic design, flash, database design and management, java and all other forms that may be required.

Web Site Hosting

Quicknet maintains standard unix hosting servers, frontpage servers, streaming servers and secured e-commerce servers. See below for further explanantion.

Hosting of standard web sites start at $20 per month, for both unix and frontpage servers. This includes up to 20 MB of space, unlimited alias emails and 5 Quicknet email addresses. This does not include special ancillary services, such as e-commerce or database management. For sites that need more space please call for a quotation.

The cost of streaming on the internet is based on the number of simultaneous connections and the total bandwidth required. This will be quoted on a case by case basis.

E-Commerce: Quicknet maintains a full e-commerce cart system on a secured server. Prices for your own cart start at $20 per month and is based on the size of the cart needed. Our cart supports all standard forms of direct payments such as authorize.net, skipjack and others. We can assist with original design or design the entire cart for you and show you how to maintain, add and delete items yourself. There is a web interface to allow you to monitor what is happening with your store from the Internet.
