Where does QuickNet Provide Service?
QuickNet provides dial up service nationwide.

We supply high speed dsl service in the Columbus, Ohio lata. This stretches from the far east side of Reynoldsburg, west to London, Ohio, north to the border of Powell and as far south as Orient, Ohio.

There is no geographic limitation for web hosting, ecommerce or co-location services.


What is the cost for service?

What do I need to sign up with QuickNet?
For all our services you will need a username and password. The username is the login name and part of the email address, it can be up to eight (8) characters long in all lower case letters. You can choose whatever username and password you would like, assuming it is not already on the system.


What is my email address?
Your email address is your username@qn.net. (i.e. jondoe@qn.net)


What are the tech support hours?
9 am to 9 pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday/Sunday/Holidays 9 am to 6 pm. Please note that many times the staff will be in the field and as such may not be able to answer the tech support phone call directly. If this is the case, a message service will allow you to leave your name and phone number. Usually we get back to you within one hour of the phone call if it is within the tech support hours.


For web hosting, do you support Front Page?
Quicknet maintains both Front Page and Unix web hosting servers.


Can you assist with web design?
We have a full staff able to assist with standard html, flash, database creation and management, ecommerce, graphic design and all other web design development. We can either design from scratch or assist you in your own design. This is done on a per hour basis, however we will provide a not to exceed so as to work within your budget restraints.

What form of payments do you accept?
We are one of the few ISPs that will accept not only credit cards but any other form of payment such as checks or money orders. Please note that payments are always for the following month and needs to be in by the last business day of the previous month.
